Sponsorship Request Form
Please make sure to upload sponsor logo first, before finalizing submission form. Click on the STYLE GUIDE button to get detailed info on what the client needs to supply for logos — some are single color!
STEP 1:
Click button below to submit logo, you will be redirected to a new tab where a Dropbox window will open. Choose file from computer and click upload. Once submitted you will receive an instant approval.
Come back to this original tab to complete the request form process.
